Roza Gray is an educator, consultant, and PhD candidate dedicated to improving the wellbeing and mental health of young people. Her research focuses on evidence-based practices, systems-level approaches, and implementation science. For her dissertation, she is using participatory action research to engage Kâ12 school system leaders in embedding wellbeing as a core aspect of schooling. In addition to her work at PRIME, Roza serves as a researcher and consultant, advising school divisions on workplace wellbeing and organizational change.
