Roza Gray

Mental Helath Coordination Fellow

Roza Gray is an educator, consultant, and PhD candidate dedicated to improving the wellbeing and mental health of young people. Her research focuses on evidence-based practices, systems-level approaches, and implementation science. For her dissertation, she is using participatory action research to engage K–12 school system leaders in embedding wellbeing as a core aspect of schooling. In addition to her work at PRIME, Roza serves as a researcher and consultant, advising school divisions on workplace wellbeing and organizational change.
